How to setup a E-mail account
e-mail setup

• Login to the admin panel
• Find the client for the client code (this is needed when adding a new e-mail account)
• Go to add e-mail address
• Enter Client code eg : GAM002
• Enter the domain name gam.co.za
• Enter the username : gamco
• Enter the password (not the username for security reasons) gam456
• Click on submit
• Send a test message from your e-mail account to that new e-mail account to activate it.
• Go to webmail2.gam.co.za and see if you can log in with the user’s username and password.
• Check for billing
• Send the client there details: eg:

Good day
We have created your new e-mail account as requested.
User account details:
Username : gamco@gam.co.za
Password: gam 456
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
INCOMING AND OUTGOING SERVERS:
Incoming mail server: pop3.gam.co.za
Outgoing mail server :  smtp.gam.co.za (this could be smtp.saix.co.za, smtp.vodacom.co.za)
Please see that the outgoing mail server’s authentication is ticked. (under more setting)
